As someone fond of technology, I'm always on the lookout for great stories about the people and companies making the innovations that impact society. Professionally, I've been a reporter at The Next Web and VentureBeat and have also covered these developments as a blogger for a variety of media outlets including Network Solutions, Bub.blicio.us, and also on my own.
Throughout my career, I've reported on Big Tech companies such as Google, Twitter, Apple, Google, and Facebook, as well as news from those in the enterprise (e.g. Salesforce and Box), platforms (e.g. Twilio), financial tech (e.g. Stripe, Square, and PayPal), accelerators (e.g. Y Combinator and 500 Startups), media, and a plethora of startups. I have been fortunate to have interviewed notable leaders including the inventor of the internet Vint Cerf, Hawaii governor David Ige, the former U.S. Chief Data Scientist DJ Patil, Zendesk chief executive Mikkel Svane, Y Combinator co-founder Jessica Livingston, Automattic's Global Head of Design and Inclusion John Maeda, and Flipboard CEO Mike McCue. My opinions have been aired numerous times on Cheddar and also on Digital Trends. |
